Returns

Eligibility:

  • Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity. Jewelry should be unworn and undamaged.
  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized items, final sale items, and items that have been altered are not eligible for returns.

How to Return:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at admin@lusterandglow.com . Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure that it includes all accessories, documentation, and tags.
  3. Return Shipping: Use the return shipping label provided or ship the item at your own expense. If using your own label, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

Refunds:

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

How to Exchange:

  2. Prepare Your Return: Return the original item using the steps outlined in our Returns section.
  3. Receive Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report Issues: Notify us within 7 days of receipt by contacting our customer service team at admin@lusterandglow.com .
  • Resolution: We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund for defective or damaged items. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
